East Midlands
In 2009, a workshop was held in the East Midlands to scope the range of potential climate change impacts on the historic environment. The workshop brought together practitioners, policy and decision-makers from over 70 organisations in the East Midlands. A summary report of the workshop, a matrix of identified impacts, and the presentations from the workshop, are available from the Council for British Archaeology website.
National
The National Trust states that climate change is the most significant long-term threat to the nation's natural and historic environment. They have found that the impacts of climate change in the UK are already affecting the properties and landscapes that the National Trust cares for.
English Heritage provides advice on how climate change will affect older homes, and what approvals are needed before making changes to your home.
