Free TCPA Policy Briefing
‘Is there any future for planning and energy?’
13 October, 10:30 to 12:00, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock. (Registration from 10am)
The Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) will be holding a SPECIAL Policy Briefing on Planning and Energy. Please register your attendance here
Since the General Election, there has been a number of significant changes and proposals to the way Local Plans and proposed developments will be taken forward through the planning process. Coupled with significant announcements on zero carbon, planning policy changes to onshore wind and reduction in Feed-in Tariffs and many others, this is a great opportunity to receive a personal briefing by TCPA Head of Policy, Dr Hugh Ellis.
Hugh leads the TCPA's policy work and engagement with Government departments (DCLG and DECC) and heads up the Planning and Climate Change Coalition. Register to come along to the session, as part of the SPECIAL project, to be informed and join in discussions on 'Is there any future for planning and energy?'.
