There are lots of good things happening in this year's Climate Week between 12th - 18th March 2012, here in the East Midlands and elsewhere. Here are some of the events we're pleased to be associated with:
Friday 9th March: Midlands Climate Week launch event hosted by Severn Trent at its green HQ in Coventry.
Monday 12th March: Derby and Derbyshire Adaptation workshop in Matlock.
Afternoon: Climate Week Awards event, London
Tuesday 13th March: early morning Energy Efficiency Business Breakfast event, hosted by Rutland County Council in Oakham with the Carbon Trust
then, Future Factory at Nottingham Trent University hosts an all day special supply chain event for businesses that will look at carbon and resilience issues.
Wednesday 14th March: Lincoln City Council hosts a Low Carbon Lincoln conference
and Nottingham City Council hosts Whatever the Weather, a workshop for key decision makers in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Thursday 15th March: Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland event: Managing water in a changing climate
Friday 16th March
Saturday 17th March: Community Skills for Climate Change event hosted by Groundwork Derby and Derbyshire in Langely Mill
